I didn’t think any of my foxglove was going to come back but I was wrong. This one just decided to bloom this week.

I’ve also got a huge chrysanthemum plant that’s now three years old. They’re not supposed to be perennials but I put this one in one of my planters that’s protected from a lot of the winter weather so it’s been coming back bigger and better every year. My marigolds are continuing to bloom prolifically so now my yard is mostly beautiful oranges, reds and yellows.

A single spike of foxglove blooms in the middle of my chrysanthemums.

A single bright yellow marigold.
