I had wanted to participate in Blaugust2026 but haven't managed to do so. What I have done is watch, and read, my friend Aubrey's posts. She's been sharing great stuff.
This one turned into one of those personal blog rabbit hole situations, I read Aubrey's Website ideas and inspiration and the post she links to 100 things you can do on your personal website by James. And then saw there are links to other lists of ideas.
I'll have to read the other posts later but did pick out a few ideas I'd like to do sooner than later.

- Add tag-page navigation to my blog archive
- I need a collection of 88x31s and to find a webring or two to join
- Add a library and anti-library for books I've read and books I want to read
- Work on a Halloween holiday theme for this site
- Add a "links" page / collection (again).
Other stuff I want to do
- Update the default theme colors to something that makes me happy
- Add more photos
- Blog more often (yeah, I know. I say this all the time.)
- Make a better workflow for myself so that blogging is easier. I really overcomplicated things unnecessarily.
Related: I love to follow links from one blog to another. I find a lot of great stuff that way. It's even better when I find new RSS to add to my reader so I can follow the blogs.
